MATT FLETCHER | OWNER, PROJECT MANAGER & ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND DRAFTING

Matt Fletcher, the owner and operator of 208 Design+Build  is a 24 year military veteran and 25 year veteran of the building and construction trades as a carpenter and custom builder in the Treasure Valley and surrounding areas of southwest and central Idaho. 

He has a Associate of Applied Science in Drafting and Design Technology with an emphasis in architectural design and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, and master degree level education and experience in real estate development. 

In addition Matt has education and experience with the Passive House method of design and building, and in building to meet the requirements of the United States Department of Energy Efficient New Homes program and RESNET HERS® rated custom homes. He applies these principles in the design and building of custom homes, renovations and additions with a emphasis on sustainable, zero energy ready, energy efficiency focused building practices and methods.
